Question

new Build Computer Locks up

Mar 11, 2017 5:40PM PST

OK recently built a new desktop computer with a kaby lake processor MSI Motherboard Msi Gforce graphics card and DVD burner with Light scribe, Here is whats happening, on initial startup computer boots to login screen, accepts login info and then the cursor just spins left this set for 30 minutes one time with no advancement. I just so happened to hit the disc eject button and the computer continued and I was able to work, then at some time I was trying to do a download and the same thing happened so I again oped the CD drawer and the computer continued. What is the possible issue and a good correction. I have built several computers and never had this problem.
