New BOL slogan.

by bullardc / November 21, 2006 9:36 AM PST

You know, I was thinking about it, and the length of BOL is actually less indeterminate than many of the other Cnet podcasts. BOL is usually 30-35 minutes long, while Gadgetts ranges from 28-35 minutes. Or you can look at a podcast like This Week In media, which ranges from 45 minutes to almost 2 hours. All of this means that BOL is no longer 'Cnet's podcast of indeterminate length'.

I think BOL needs a new slogan, maybe something to do with words like 'janky', that seem to be specific to BOL. Something crazy like 'Cnets podcast of injankidity'. I dunno, any ideas, or does everybody think we should keep the old one?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
