Question

New Asus gaming PC doesn't boot into Windows 10

Got a new Asus m32cd gaming PC but instead of booting to Windows it will only boot to the Uefi bios and when I try to change boot settings to get it to work it just boots into the same thing. Windows 10 was supposed to be preinstalled but I have a feeling that it may not be. Any help?

Sounds like a fine time to see if the warranty is good.

Let them do their thing.

Yup

Warranty is good, gonna take it in tomorrow I guess.

I neglected to say why this is best.

Because the steps I take involve opening the desktop to see if the HDD is plugged in that could void a warranty. You didn't write you were altering settings or I would have written that Asus needs to document how to set the BIOS to defaults (factory condition.)
