Never Fear, Carter is Here, To Save Middle East

Yeah, right. Can you say "Arab Oil Embargo" three times, then clk your heels together.

Jimmy Carter came out and said Sunday what many experts in the region believe is now inevitable: Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak will have to go.

Some conservative commentators said that even Carter was shaming Obama by sounding more supportive of Egyptians' freedoms than his fellow Democratic president.

But more common was an equating of Obama's foreign policy with that of Carter - who, after all, is generally considered in Republican circles to be the country's weakest recent president, and the man who lost Iran.

Yes, he blew Iran big-time but he did get Israel and Egypt together after 5,000 years of hostilities, no small achievement. And the treaty has held for over 30 years.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
