I bought a new Samsung digital inverter fridge and it malfunction in just a week! After repeat phone calls to the customer service support, they finally sent a technical to check on the fridge. However the technical claims that the fridge is beyond repair and need to get a replacement which needs to be shipped from overseas and takes another 2 weeks to arrive my country!!! Are they implying that there is only one Samsung fridge in my country that's why they can't get the ready stock from their factory or other retailers??? After my persistent calls to customer service, they agreed to send a loan set to me while waiting for the shipment. To my horror the loan set is worst than my current faulty one as it gives out hot air rather than cold air
