I have replaced the electronic touch panel on our four year old OTR Samsung microwave three times, once under warranty, twice paying the $335 myself. When malfunctioning it is dangerous. It freezes, then starts spontaneously hours later. This happened when I was out; it had turned itself on and had been running for a long time as it was seriously overheated and a fire hazard.. The touch panel has now stopped working for the 4th time. I called Samsung "customer service". I was looking for some acknowledgement that they had clearly produced a 'lemon'; some incentive to buy Samsung again. Nothing....if it's out of warranty they just don't care. I'll have to replace it - but NEVER WITH A SAMSUNG
