Networking w/ XP home: Outlook and server

Is there any possible way to 'share' outl00k profiles with XP home?
I'm setting up a server for a small network. All the systems have XP home installed. I was planning to use roaming profiles, which it not possible in XP Home.

I believe XP pro will work with roaming profiles, not with sharing profiles in Outlook. (exchange server)
