Networking Three Desktop and a Laptop

by Bhasker Raj / February 5, 2010 1:18 PM PST

We have three Desktop and one laptop computers and would like to network all these and share a common printer.

The internet connection is DSL with a Hub connecting all these computers.

How to network all these computers so that all can have access to the printer.

DSL modem -> ROUTER -> computers, wired or wireless.

Turn on file and printer sharing on each PC.

Where is the printer? If it is connected to one PC, fine. Have each other PC run the Install printer utility and look for networked printers.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
