If so, with two routers I must configure one as a WAP. I may upset you but I won't offer support for where the second router has it's WAN port in use. That setup is too finicky and has too many issues.

Hi everyone,
My problem is quite complicated to explain,
I have a feeling the solution for it might be simple though.
I'll try my best to explain it as clearly as I can.
I've launched a Plex server (for those of you who don't know it's a virtual server that uses your local host IP to store your movies at) f a few weeks ago from the main PC in my work-room at my home and where my router and my modem are located.
In my bedroom I have a smart TV which gets internet access from a second router which is connected to the internet through powerline adapters (one in my bedroom and one connected to the first router in my work-room).
Everything was great and I could connect to my virtual server in both the PC and the TV with no issues.
A few days ago my cables company (which is also the provider of my internet) has decided to upgrade us with new equipment.
A technician came, remove the router and the modem from the work-room where my main PC is, and installed a new modem and router in my salon (where I have a big second TV). This act should give internet and other nice options of the cables company to my TV in the salon.
I had to remove my power line adapter from the work-room and plug it in near the new modem in my salon.
After all this big mess I've checked my internet connection in my bedroom (where my smart TV is) and it was working fine (a little slower than before though).
The technician left and I was happy with my new gadgets till I was trying to connect to my virtual server in my bedroom. I just couldn't connect to it.
Another interesting piece of information is that I was trying to figure this problem out and took my mobile phone, now, I have two hot spots network in my home, one is spread out from the router in the salon and the second is from the other router in my bedroom. While I was connecting with my mobile phone to the WiFi that comes from the salon I was able to connect to my virtual server BUT, when I was connected to the WiFi that comes from my bedroom, my mobile couldn't connect that server.
The worst thing is that while trying to figure out what the problem is I was messing with the router that in my bedroom settings and now for some odd reason I can't even surf the web in my smart TV (not even after resetting the router).
My guess is that it has to do something with my router settings(?), maybe it's using a different IP address from the Plex server after the equipment changes?
I thank you all so much.
