Networking Issue

I have connected two network and assign ip address through dhcp

I have 66 and 72 two network

From 66 network if I have ping any ip address then i got reply immideately and if i am ping 72 network any ip it will take time 1-2 mini after I am getting reply.

Please help why are taking time to getting reply from 72 network ?

PING depends on the client to reply. Since a client doesn't have to reply and in some OSes the reply is considered a low priority the problem as you stated doesn't appear to be a problem but more about how things work. Therefore not much to discuss unless you wanted someone to get into PING and how today the client, OS and such don't have to reply.
