Networking help

Feb 18, 2007 2:35PM PST

I recently bought a linksys router to network my kids pc to mine. They have been using A old Gateway with Windows 98 and dialup to AOL. I have A Gateway with Windows XP with DSL with SBC and AOL. The older computer required a ethernet card which we installed along with the driver but I still can't connect their PC using the broadband connection. I have went into internet options under AOL connections and tried to find the broadband modem but it keeps telling me it can't be found. Any ideas.
