which wireless router can i acquire for commercial use in an organisation with 300 users and the building has thick walls

Then it's time to call your local Cisco representative or a company specialised in building such networks and get a quotation for both all devices and the cost of installing it. If relevant, don't forget the security appliances if your organisation doesn't yet have them.

This isn't for the first timer. For me I let Cisco and such companies make the plan.
