but you never mentioned the source of your Internet connection nor the source of the failed network connection (some neighbors wireless network perhaps).
When my laptop loads up and Windows finishes booting up, I get an error message that says "The TCP/IP Network Transport is not installed". I use a wireless internet card to connect to the internet and it does not let me connect to anything now.The card says it has a connection but doesnt let me connect to anything. I've already been in contact with the Card Company and they say that the card is functioning properly its just my computer that is the problem.
