Question

network show connection but no access to the internet, why?

Hi everyone!

im strugling for over 2 weeks to solve this problem and tried everything i know and read online. but couldn't solve it.

I can't connect not via wifi and not via a cable directly to the router, (but windows shows a connection)

** I have windows 7.

p.s.
when i put an adress manually at the tcp/ip adaptor i can surf online (only on laptops but not possible on a mobile).

any help?? im going crazy from that issue.

What is the router/modem you are using and what server, cable, DSL?

It is an integrated modem and router from "Sagemcom".

and what do you mean by what server/cable/dsl?

That is called a "GATEWAY" It sounds to me as if you should contact your server, ISP. Your hook up should be either via cable or DSL, cable input is via a cable and DSL links to a phone line. Again, it sounds like time to contact whoever you pay for internet service.

It's time for your ISP to put up or you to change companies. Why stay around when the service is that bad?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
