Well if you have cable and you can indeed get to msn or any other place on the net then your problem is with AOL.If it where me I would dump AOL. But that is me
What version of aohell are you running?? Check in the network and dial up connections folder for more then one access. Is aol trying to dail out??
I have windows XP and use AOL. Here is the problem I sign onto AOL and it only goes as far as "searching for TCP/IP" and freezes there. I have contacted charter cable to see if there is a broadband problem and they say as long as I can sign onto MSN then there is no problem with their system, I then call AOL and they say it is probably a "network protocol" problem. And they cannot help me with it because it is my problem. I have checked all that I can and and I am stumped any advise.
