Resolved Question

Network printer ?

Apr 13, 2015 12:53AM PDT

I have 20 computers on a network. One setup as a server with a Brother HL 5440 usb printer on it. The other computer have 2 accounts on them. One for me the Lab Admin. The other is the Lab User. All the computer can see and user the printer on the Lab Admin account but on the Lab User account it can't seem to find the usb port to which the printer has so cannot print. Any help and i will be grateful please.

Which OS is it running? Why it matters is that some versions of windows only allow so many connections.

I also find folk not knowing about accounts, permissions and more but that is basic IT skills. Let's check the usual limitation first. Windows versions.
