Resolved Question

Network Issue - One or more network protocols are missing

Apr 11, 2016 9:52AM PDT

Cannot log into the internet from computer. Lenovo Edge 15 Windows 10.
All other computers in house work fine. In fact ran over to friends house and still same issue
This is a list of what i have done so far
-Plugged in ethernet cable, Network now shows both ethernet and Wifi SSID but no internet access- so its login in but no internet available
-admin CMD - ping 127.0.0.1- 0%loss so its not my network card

-cmd >ifconfig- reads my friends WLAN and my house WLAN correctly

-cmd> nets int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt, everthing checks ok

-cmd> ifconfig /renew; error occurred while renewing interface wifi

-network troubleshooting did not resolve anything too

-restored backup from 1 month ago

Please Help!!

Also, maybe a clue in your topic but you didn't reveal what you did to see this error message.

In parting, if you connect with Ethernet, then you should turn off the WiFi or may get confusing results. Also I've seen this when the date time is off or the antivirus expired.

You're right.
Lenovo Edge 15 running Windows 10.
I did update Adobe Flash Player hours earlier.

I've done both ethernet, wifi and both. I've been working this for multiple days in multiple ways.
Anti Virus is up to date and date and time is correct.

Since Windows Defender is good enough now.

Try it without the unknown antivirus?
