Maybe those video's on other sites only need 10-30 kBps to show in the quality you see and find OK. Then this isn't a problem.
Now take your laptop with you to a friend (or work or where-ever) and compare yours with his, both how the video looks and how many kBps is being used looking the same video from the same site (both simultaneously and separately). Let us know the outcome of this experiment.

My problem is a peculiar one.
I have a 2mbps MTNL connection with Netgear N-150 router.
Since the past week I am noticing that although I can browse the internet at full speed (usually 230 kBps) and play youtube videos and download software also at full speed but i cannot play videos on other sites at the same speed. The speed drops to 10-30 kBps on other sites. Also, I have noticed the same speed drop on Apple Music service (both while online streaming and downloading).
The problem is on all my browsers.
I have installed adblock on all my browsers.
I use NetWorx to monitor my current upload and download speeds.
I have restored my laptop to a previous state but to no avail.
The problem persists in my computer also.
What do I do?
