Network drivers

I'm installing XP on a dell Inspiron 8100 (1.1 GHZ)and was wondering if anyone knew of or has the network driver I need to install.

Is the network card integrated into the MB of the notebook or is it a plug in type like PCMCIA? Who is the manufacturer of the NIC chip and what model? With this, you can generally find the driver on a website. It could be the from the laptop vendor or the maker of the NIC. One hint is just type the info into Google and you will probably get some hits. Make sure the manufacturer, model and the word "driver" are in the search string.

If the component shipped with a Dell notebook, I download the driver directly from Dell.com:
