Network connection on bd-p1590 or bd-p1600

Yes i was stupid enough that since i couldn't get past the "Internet Service Test" I went out really wanting the options included in the players i went and purchased the next model up from the 1590 which is the 1600, Boy what a happy camper i was when that model came up with a "X" under internet service test also. my Xbox, laptop, and my Wii all run fine but now i have two very pretty black boxes, i already had a BluRay player but it didn't have the B/D Live function, now i three that don't have that same function. i've spent days, money, and mostly fights with my wife as to why we need this, you are literally killing me slowly. i've gone all the way back upstairs to the cable modem, there is no security, i took it all off in hopes of help, DHCP no luck, Manual IPs-Subnets-DNS no luck, i'm sitting open to the world, who do chime in, but your players don't, i'm starting to realize THROUGH MY STUPIDITY I WAS THE ONLY THING PLAYED HERE!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
