Network compatibility

I'm using a Westell modem/router model 327W. Can anyone tell me if it is compatible with other companies hardware? Trying to network my computers without spending another $60.

...then it should be compatible with just about any 10/100 network interface adapter. It also should be compatible with any wireless-b or wireless-g network adapter. ''Section 4'' of the above User Guide lists ''Networking Requirements.''

It also should be compatible with a variety of hubs, switches, servers, and other network hardware. Do you have a specific compatibility concern?
