Question

Network but no internet?

My Surface2 was working fine one night and then the next morning could not connect to the internet. It still sees the network and connects but browsers and Outlook will not connect to the internet. Usually says "Connected, no internet" Other computers in the house are fine. Obviously rebooted multiple times, Network Reset, virus scan, router re-booted. Had a local shop check it out and this it where it gets weird. They did whatever you do to a DNS server and some other things and then said it worked fine and connected to the internet through their network. I brought it home but it still didn't connect. Brought it back to the shop and it works there. Brought it on a business trip to a hotel and it connected to their network also but not through to the internet. ?????
