You put out RFQ (request for quotation) so network installers and IT types can give you a price to fix this.

It could be some issue/limitation with your server license but the RFQ and those that visit you to get a better idea of the costs will check that out.

Hi Lloyd244,

Do you intend to do it yourself or looking for professional help?

DIY Way:

The list of questions you need to answer:
1. How will the new office be connected to the main one? Is the network infrastructure set up already? Do you have a dedicated Vlan for wireless with planned IP ranges?
2. Is there enough signal coverage in the new building for 10+ pcs? Interference areas? Could there be a need for another AP? If 2 or more APs are used, are you planning to get a controller or use one of the AP's as the controller? Does the AP have the required capabilities?
3. Will there be enough bandwidth? Any QoS requirements? Any traffic management/control?
4. What about security? How is the authentication being managed? Do you intend to implement a captive portal technology or any centralized identity management system.

Now, when you have done the initial research and narrowed down on a particular approach, configuring a single AP for 10 users shouldn't be too hard. Since your company has only about 30 pcs, I'm assuming there's no fancy infrastructure (correct me if I'm wrong), which means, you might be able to get away with one basic AP using basic configuration and a pre-shared key. If you have the AP already, please provide its model and I will guide you through the process.

If you'd rather have someone do it for you: just lookup IT support companies in your area and there will be plenty to choose from.

Let me know if you have any questions

Good luck
