Netscape Mail problem

Oct 20, 2006 7:17AM PDT

My family uses Netscape Mail to access our e-mail from a local ISP on our PC with Windows XP: Home Edition: Service Pack 2 and Netscape 7.1.

The problem is that I accidently restarted the computer with Netscape Mail open, and now Netscape Mail can't find our e-mail accounts. The Netscape Browser thinks it has just been installed and has no memory of saved passwords, bookmarks (other than IE imports), and stuff like that. I could just add our e-mail accounts back in, but I want our old messages and address book back. I believe they should still be saved on the hard drive somewhere. Does anyone know how to get the accounts back, or at least find where the information is stored?

Actually, the address book is still there, so I just need to know how to get our old e-mail messages back.

Never mind. I figured out how to fix it on my own.

Can you tell me how you fixed your problem? I have exactly the same problem!
