that without even rebooting, there are times where multiple accesses to mail.comcast.net work again without needing a reboot. But then if I have to reboot (for example after getting some Windows XP updates), the problem returns.
My ISP and email provider is comcast. I use Netscape mail to access ISP's mail.comcast.net POP3 server. If I do a warm reboot, I can access my mail once. If I try to get any messages again, I get a "connection refused" error. If I reboot, I can access it again.
I run a Linksys router and have 2 other PC's that go through it. They have never had this problem getting to my Comcast mail via Netscape's email software.
Any ideas?
