Netscape Composer-How do I eliminate it?

Jul 24, 2004 6:27AM PDT

When I use Netscape 7.0, and I want to respond to a website, I must use the built-in Netscape Composer and add my email accounts. I would rather use my Outlook Express but I can't figure out how to eliminate the Netscape Composer/email. Please help.

You're much safer with Netscape mail client.

At least give it a good try, I think you will like it better than OE anyway.

As often stated, Outlook and Outlook Express are often targets of malicious attacks. But, it's your choice. If you want Netscape only as a browser, you can remove your current version and download the latest (7.1) as a standalone browser only. This should reset your default E-mail handler which is located in the control panel under Internet Options using the Programs tab. It's here where you can select your default E-mail handler.
