Netlibrary and Zen MicroPhoto 4GB

Apr 27, 2006 9:37PM PDT

I just bought this player for use with downloadable books from Netlibrary. I get an error when trying to transfer the files. I emailed Creative and they said the player is not audible compatible. The player is compatible with Plays For Sure. It seems that when you pay almost $200 for a MP3 player that it should work. Also the player was on the list of compatible players from the library. I picked it also for the bookmarking. Kay

NetLibrary and Audible

NetLibrary uses a WMA format and Audible something totally different. If you bought it to use with NetLibrary, does it play those books properly? Audible has a place on it's website that lists players that are Audible compatible.

I won't be using Audible only NetLibrary. I can't even transfer the files to the player, I get an error. I checked out the forums at Creative and evidently the MicroPhoto won't play those types of files. It seems a little rediculous for a player that costs almost $200. I am still checking around. I was at the audible website and saw the list of players. However I think the NetLibrary has it's own particular requirements. Kay
