I've yet to fix a BSOD with dump files. They are a clue but only that. Folks new to BSODs might head to that but here I use the old fashioned method of telling the story. The new HDD is good to know but utorrent is the killer item. Great way to catch the latest infections. I'd wipe it and start fresh again.

Hello,
I had my PC fitted with a new hard drive a few weeks ago. I had installed a network monitoring software called NetSpeedMonitor on the newly installed OS (Windows 7 64 Bit SP1). After a few days I learned that this program was responsible for blue screens whenever I downloaded some torrents with uTorrent. I uninstalled it and was downloading fine for about 2 weeks. But the problem seems to have resurfaced. Netio.sys causing BSoDs. Any idea how to permanently fix this problem?
