Here's why. The older b flavor will take up more time on the channel for much less data. So it will impact the non-b devices.

It is my understanding that with this wireless router, I can use both 802.11B & 802.11G devices with it & it wont slow down the performance. For example if I have a 108 mbps super g wireless card in my laptop & a "b" pci card in another PC, it wont slow my nework speed down to the "b" speed of 11 mbps.
Is this correct ? Thanks for the help.
