Have LG and Netflix tell you what to try next. There's usually a KONAMI CODE (come on folk, put that into the menus!) to do some reset but let Netflix reveal how.
Whenever I select a program to watch it starts to buffer then says "Your device may not be connected to the Internet. Please make sure your connection is working and try again. tvp-811." I have gone to settings and checked the connection and it shows that the internet connection is good. I have signed out and restarted my modem and still no results. Before this I have used my Netflix for 3 years with no issues. Does anyone know how to fix this?
