Question

Netflix streaming won't work

Hi,

I just reformatted my Macbook and updated Safari (and everything else) and also had to install Microsoft Silverlight to watch streaming Netflix movies. However, now it won't work! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight and it's still not working. I just get a black screen.

Can anybody help please? I'd really appreciate it.
