Netflix setup on un46c7000

I can't stream Netfilx on my new TV. Netflix wants me to load the Netflix widget on the TV, which is supposed to produce a code for me to enter onto Netflix's web site. When I select the widget on the TV, it displays "connecting" and does not do anything else, even after 15+ minutes. I am online and used the Yahoo widget as well as others. The problem appears to be Netflix specific.

That is odd indeed. I'd recommend removing the widget from the options, and then re-downloading it to see if that helps.

What kind of router are you using, or is it wired?

I have the same trouble.

You can't remove the software (no option in that portion of the menu), but I have updated the tv's software and reloaded the software over the existing software. No change.

My tv is wired to a linksys router and we stream Netflix using a Wii with no problem. Could it be a port issue?

It's hard to say if it's a port issue or any other network related issue, which unfortunately, I can't assist with those.

If the firmware was updated successfully and you still can't get it working, it's likely an issue with the network.

The only other option would be to reset the TV by holding down the EXIT button until the television powers down. But then you'll have to set up all your network settings and widgets again. If it still doesn't work, you may want to either call your router's customer service to troubleshoot, or call Samsung to come out and check the TV.

Well.....I did the reset and Netflix is working intermittently. (I didn't have to reload the widgets)
