You call it in and if they don't fix it, you have a warranty issue. Then you decide to keep it or return it.
I recently bought a Panasonic 55" Class SMART VIERA® 1080p 120Hz LED Edge Lit HDTV. It is connected to the Internet through my wireless router. However, whenever I try to use Netflix, it starts to load, the progress bar comes on the screen for a short time, and then it inexplicably exits. No idea why. Anyone have any ideas?
