Netflix issue

Suddenly today my Netflix app doesn't work. I click on the icon and all I get is a blank screen. I checked Netflix on my other Samsung TV and roku and they work. Can any one help me out?

Sounds silly, but so does asking a question on the internet without providing all the information.

What appliance; TV? What year and model? What have you done to correct the fault? Has this happened before? Have you searched the internet for an answer, or hope others will do it for you?

It's a samsung UN55H7150 TV. Have not tried anything yet. I thought it might of happened to someone else yesterday like mine. I probably will reset smart hub. Do you or anybody know how to delete netflix app than reinstall it?

Samsung does have a way.

But I don't write how since it is Samsung's to tell. They have you change the country to a non-Netflix country and then back to your country. This will remove and reinstall that app.

Netflix also has it's own support method so here you have 2 companies to call on this one.

Decided to try the easy thing first. Unplug the TV for a minute. Turn it back on and now it works again! Thanks for every ones help.
