i had netflix up and working then my bank id was stolen. i got a new credit card # and went to netflix and setup a new account with it and a new email so i would get a month free. my old netflix account expired and it wont let me deactivate my bd-c6900 cause i cant get into account since its expired.
i cannot delete this info from the bd-c6900 it wont give me a new code to activate on new account at netflix. the bd-c6900 keeps logging on to netflix but when i click on something to play it it says i need to goto netflix and check account.
i have already tried the factory reset on bd-c6900 and tried a new samsung app account.
i had a similar problem w/ps3 but i just deleted netflix app on ps3 and redownloaded it and it worked fine it asked if i was a existing member so i clicked yes entered new netflix account info and it worked fine why cant i do similar on bd-c6900
any help would be great cause ive tried fixing myself and google-ing for hours
