This has been reported a few times here and on AVSFORUMS. Since Netflix wrote the app, controls the feed and more, that should be your next call. What's odd is I don't hear this on the Roku, Netflix needs to fix it.

I have a Samsung UN60H6350 and when I streaming from the Netflix app on Smart TV, the picture frequently re-sizes - during the playback of the same content. It will start off in normal 16:9, then usually shrinks to the top corner (about 1/6 of the screen), then will expand to near full screen, then zooms in so that only a portion of the picture is visible, stretched to the entire screen. This has happened for at least the last 2 or 3 version of the app, and I've tried reinstalling apps, the Smart TV hub, etc. and still have the issue.
Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions on how to correct?
