netbook won't connect to to network

My wife just bought 3 Augen 7" netbooks. We want them to connect to our home network. They are network ready. The computer has a windows ce op sys. When I try to connect, the computer sees the networt, but the network does not appear to see them. I emailed Augen and they said the problem was with my network (Linksys wrt54g). Thoughts on how to proceed? I know that taking them back is one possibility

At the top is the sticky with preferred network settings for the router. Your post didn't give details so I can't check to see if any known problems exist.
