Netbook help needed.

Alright so im not sure if this is the right forum for this.. if not if someone could tell me what one would that would be awesome.

so i have an LG X120 netbook with a now blank hard drive (and i mean blank its got nothing not even drive letters right now) i need to reformat and partition it and i need help... i have no external disk drive to reinstall my operating system and im having a hard time making a bootable USB key. any help would be HIGHLY appreciated. (if you want to know what happened i can go into more details but right now i want to know if there is anything i can do)

Fix that and you fix the issue. There are tutorials about how to make bootable USB keys with some Windows but I don't duplicate web content. But what to do if said site doesn't work for you? Ask that web site's author for clarification on the step that failed.

Again, the bootable USB keys are far more trouble than getting the right tool for this job.
