Needing macro help or Fkey insertion point help

I need to make a macro, which I know how to do. I need to have this macro allow me to insert text in many places in this text macro. I used to know how to do this but it's been years. I'm not even sure I need a macro.

Here is what I need. I'm going to make some text that is always the same, but inside this text is going to be variable words here and there. We used to do this with {} and then we jumped to them.

So here goes

We asked her to return {}. When she returns we will evaluate her by having her {}. If she passes those parameters we will prescribe {}. She will be referred to {} and then return to {} in {} weeks.

Every place there are {} I need the macro to stop automatically so I can insert text. I can then restart the macro and go to the next one

OR I need to know how to do this with function keys. I haven't done this for years and years and have totally forgotten how to do it. I appreciate any help.
