NEEDED: Your help with finding the right TV

by shoelace_510 / May 14, 2010 4:48 PM PDT

I feel like I need the forum experts' help here because I'm really not sure where to turn when buying a new LCD TV. I'm in an odd budget range and perhaps also in what I'm looking for. I want a TV with:
1080p resolution
LCD type screen
37-42" screen size
Here's where things get tricky, my budget is between $500 and $650 shipped (only Wal-Mart stores in my area for pickup).
I'm hoping to get a reliable, trustworthy brand like Samsung or Sony but am having a hard time finding a TV that fits my requirements.
Any help you can give with models, retailers, or anything else would be greatly appreciated.

shoelace_510,

Unfortunately, I can't assist with price related questions. The retailers set the price, and prices vary by retailer and by their decision making process.
