Small word changes from "color" to "colour" and so on.
The usual Canadian requirement is that the software be in the national languages. Which are French and English.
Are you sure about the requirement? They may have asked for French.
Without knowing the size of your project, I can't give you much advice except auto translation is usually bad in that it will make a mistake that you get to fix and end up with "people" doing the work. Maybe its better to get the right help the first time out.
