Need to resize pictures to 200 pixels, but how?

In Windows Vista, I understand how to resize when I want to send a picture in an e-mail. However, the sizing does not go as low as 200 pixels, and I don't want to e-mail the pictures in question.

I'm working on my blog and need to upload my pictures. Right now, the image size is too big. I've beent told to get them reduced to around 200 pixels.

Is there a safe software I can download that will easily resize the pictures? I currently have Windows Vista on a 64 bit.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager

Microsoft Office Picture Manager works - I just discovered this.

I clicked on the picture to highlight it; then, I opened it with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. There is a resizing feature.

Problem solved.

Thank you.
