Can anyone point me to a good guide to locate/replace the CMOS battery in the Toshiba Satellite P25 laptop?

Need to replace CMOS Battery On Satellite p25

I've reviewed the instructions in the link, however I saw no information on the CMOS battery or how to access it. I'm hesitant to completely disassemble the machine if I don't need to in order to replace the battery. Is there any other info available on this? Thanks.

Thanks. I'll give that a try. Does Toshiba use a non-replaceable battery?

"Charging the RTC battery
The computer contains an internal battery that provides
power for the real-time clock (RTC) and calendar.
During normal use, the main battery keeps the RTC battery
adequately charged. Occasionally, the RTC battery may lose
its charge completely, especially if you have had the
computer turned off for a long time.
If the RTC battery is low, the real-time clock and calendar
may display the incorrect time and date, or stop working.
To recharge the RTC battery, plug in the computer and leave
it turned off for at least 48 hours.
When Hibernate mode is enabled and the RTC battery is
completely discharged, a warning prompts you to reset the
real-time clock.
"

Try that!
