Need to replace both small tv and computer monitor-help

Its been a while since we bought anything electronic and I don't know where to start.

We basically have decided that once screen should do both jobs, so should I go for an LCD that allows the pc to be plugged into it or should I buy a LCD monitor that can broadcast freeview?

Here are the 2 I'm currently looking at (they are both 19").

LG M197WD and LG 19LH2000
