Free download?

Thank you for your response. My product was finally published, but as in the past, CNET is allowing the product to be downloaded free of charge. The product is supposed to be purchased prior to download. This is the second time this has happened.

I need to remove my product and delete my CNET account ASAP. Please let me know how to go about doing this.

Thank you
