Need to find upgrade for my color flatbed scanner

I need to find a upgrade for my color flatbed scanner driver. It is a Mirascan v3 .42 driver. Imformation Printed on the CD reads disc 1 miraCD 90.67541.344. also mirascan driver-EPP. The scanner works well with windows 98 but will not work with windows xp professional (To which my computer is currently upgraded).

Most if not all parallel port scanners fail in Windows XP. Sell it off and find some nice USB scanner.
