need to find duplicate finder software - side by side

I tried several, but I had to go through all the files which are hundred thousands.
Finally, I never deleted anything. I got headache by looking at it.
I want to find a duplicate finder software that show the comparison side by side. For faster deletion.
It would be nice if the originals are on one side, and the duplicates are on the other side.
Then I just need to mark all duplicates files and unmarked the one I want to keep.
Does anybody know a software with that criteria?

Try Exact Duplicate Finder.
Not to much improvement so far, but you can resolve many files at once.
