need the best plugin to watch TV on internet!

Hello, I have P4 1.7GHz with 512mb Ram and a FX5500 256 mb card.. I installed the newly released Internet Explorer 8.. I am watching a Web TV.. u can check it here

The TV is running in Spikes and poor quality.. I wanted to ask that is there a good plugin which will make it run at good quality?

This service is available in Pakistan only.

I can't check it as I'm in Texas.

Your system looks adequate, so it may be your connect speed or the quality of the system.

I am really sry.. i forgot to mention that i have 512 kb BroadBand.. I just wanted to ask that i wanted to see the TV with better resolution.. its video size is 320 x 420.. so any good plugin to increase resolution>

It is the same idea as if you had a blurry photograph: You cannot add quality that doesn't exist. You either have to find a source offering higher quality or live with that which is provided.
