Question

need suggestions for an affordable pci video card for gaming

Hi, I am trying to upgrade the video card on my old computer so it works better with games, mostly league of legends which we are currently only getting 10 fps in because of the horrible built in video card we have. my other pc is running at 50-60 fps and isn't that much better except for the video card so I think the video card is the problem, I've also read some really bad reviews about the built in video card we have.

we only have pci ports on the pc and our budget is $80, but preferably about $60 unless its really good bang for our buck. But we also want it to be a noticable improvement, which I think anything would be to our current card.

so far we were considering this:
http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-512-P1-N402-LR-GeForce-512MB-Graphics/dp/B001V9LQC0/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
but, as far as I have read this card isn't too great for gaming... but then again its probably still 100x better than our current video card.

system specs( let me know if I'm missing any information)
------------------------------------------------------------
Pc: Hp Pavilion a824n or Hp Pavilion o824n (not sure if its an a or o because it looks weird.)
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU
3.00GHz
2 GB of RAM
180 GB Hard Disk
Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family (on board video)
Windows 7 Ultimate

thanks in advance for any advice.

Answer
Do not buy a 6200.

Frankly you should be shopping for the last best PCI video card given the limitations. Try to find that

PCI Nvidia 9500GT with 1GB RAM.

It's that last version I see that one can game on. The 6200 while nice and better than onboard should be avoided.

pci or pci express?

is the 9500 a pci or pci express card? sorry I don't know much about graphics cards except that my computer can only use pci cards, not pci express and after looking around online for the 9500GT I keep seeing pci-express, or does it come in both pci and pci express forms? thank you.
