need some virus removal help

My computers primary hard drive has a virus on it. The virus is called "TrojanDownloader.Win32.Delf.bs" My Norton antivirus program is not detecting it, my Kaspersky Defender Pro antivirus program has detected it but is not removing it or will even quarantine the virus although it tells me where all strands of the virus are located. I have gotten rid of almost every bit of it except this file that resides in:
"C:\system volume information\_restore{412128ce-93f6-4396-948e-69d1496dc7b0}\rp74\a0007634.exe/MatrixSetup.exe"
Is it accessible at all, if accessible how do I access this area and get rid of it?
Please help me resolve this issue.

If you search on Google with the virus name you provide, it comes up with nothing. I have never encountered that before. I checked on the websites of the 2 virus scanners I use and they also come up with nothing.

Well, that is what my Kaspersky Defender Pro Antivirus program keeps telling me every time I boot my computer up. I don't know what this is and if anyone knows anything about this virus, please help me remove this.

The Security Forum is a better area for virus removal. Here it's Windows ME. Be sure to tell you have this OS and if the pest is in the C:\_Restore area, the usual is that you have to turn off System Restore, scan and the turn System Restore back on.
